Wedding reception, 23 November 2014

I attended a wedding reception on November 23, 2014 at Kempinski Hotel Indonesia. It was my ex colleague's wedding. We had Olivier coming from LA, USA.
For that function I wore a dress which was a gift from my high school friend who lives in Saudi. He gave it to me when I was doing my Umroh. Also I wore turban style head cover.
For the make up, I chose to wear neutral eye colors with wing liner and bold red lips.

Look of the day, purple eyes

For today look, I wore purple eyes using pigments from StarCrushed Minerals.
Black Amethyts on crease, Magenta below crease.

Look of the day, April 5, 2014

This was my look of the day.

I wore PAC Martha Tilaar creamy foundation, @starcrushedminerals eyeshadows, and L'oreal lipstick.
I like the hijab. I bought it at Thamrin City. You can wear it upside down. The first side is plain aqua blue color and the other side is with magenta plaids.

Look of the Day, March 12, 2014

This is my look of the day. 
The lipstick I wore was from The Body Shop Color Crush in Sweetheart Pink (IDR 149,000) I forgot what eye shadows I wore, lol. I like the style of the hijab, you can wear it inside out, and it was already pre sewn. I only needed to wrap it around and used one pin on the top of my head.

Two weddings, glamour neutral eyes and green dress

Today I attended two weddings. One was in the morning 11 AM to 1 PM, in Cibubur. The second was in the afternoon in Hayam Wuruk area.
The first wedding was the wedding of my vanilla partner's younger brother. The wedding was held in Javanese tradition.
While the second wedding was wedding of our FFG family member.
I just had one look for today because it was back to back.
I wore my new green dress I bought in Jeddah, Saudi. I love the color, the cutting and the style. I combined with my golden purse and black pumps.

Purple eyes for Domestic Violence Awareness Month

As you may or may not know, October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. I know this info from Elissa the owner of Dazzle Me Makeup Idea With Elissa.
I created this look to support her victory on surviving the violence. And you know what? I was wearing my FFG Love Movement t-shirt. What a coincidence!

Look of the day: Eza's 5th Birthday

Yaaay, today is my nephew 5th birthday. I took my family for birthday lunch at Roppan at Living World, Alam Sutera.

This is my look for his birthday
The hijab is from square hijab then folded diagonally to form triangle. Place the middle of hijab where the triangle corner is in front of your chest, then overlap both side using pins. Place a pretty brooch on the side.

Look of the day: College small reunion

I had a college small reunion on October 5, 2013. We had it at Hanamasa Restaurant at FX Senayan.
This is how I dressed up for that day :)
The blouse was new, I bought it a couple of weeks ago at Thamrin City wholesaler.
The bottom was not shirt but some kind of harem pants.
The hijab style was easy. I only knot two ends of the pashmina around my neck.

Green Olive eyes

Hi, for today's look, I wore my light green blouse and pashmina with the matching color.

I created green olive eyes.

FOTD Yellow eye shadow, natural look

For today's look I went bold by using yellow eye shadow in Go Palette-Sydney no. 10 and 6 and combine with The Body Shop Shimmer Cube Palette no. 2 and 3.

I'm satisfied with the result because it turned out to be not that bold. I'm still learning how to pull out bright colors. It's so much fun experimenting.

Pink warm look for a dinner with friends from KPIA

I was invited by a friend from our community in Facebook to attend a gathering with the ladies and also do fasting break at Urban Kitchen at Pacific Place, Sudirman on July 16, 2013. The community is called Indonesian-American Marriage Society (KPIA - Komunitas Perkawinan Indonesia Amerika).

I decided to wear a black dress with white floral pattern and wore a pashmina made from Thai silk.
This is a new hijab style for me :)

This was the look for attending Remi's wedding June 9 at Museum Nasional, Taman Mini.
I wore kaftan in lavender color and gold embroidery.
For eyes, I used Sari Ayu Best of The Best Palette no. 15 all over the lid, no.. 21 outer corner, and no. 3 for high light. No. 23 was used for lower line.

Outfit Of The Day (OOTD) - Bandung Trip

June 1, 2013, I had a trip to Bandung for our training. I know it will be great to wear my Brazil jersey :)
I don't have yellow hijab, but that turmeric color is still okay... It was plain, so I added a brooch onto my hijab, left side of my head....

I drove and had several friends with me. We left Jakarta at 6.15 AM.

I incorporate the outfit with my look. I use Coastal Scents' Go Palette Sydney. I made it as light and fresh as possible as it will be a whole day trip.
I choose green and golden color for my eye shadow (no. 8 & 12).
