30 Days Fit Challenge

It's September already!
As I flipped back and forth my dream book of 2013, I saw many things I haven't done or executed yet. One of them is the health aspect, where I wanted to reduce my weight but also be fit. I want all my blood tests come in normal level.
I've decided to give commitment to this specific resolution.
I was on and off to go to the gym and exercise. In June 2013 I signed up for program with personal training but I wasn't consistent and didn't have regular time.

I was inspired by a fitness youtubers, Keaira Lashae, who posted a video about 30 Day Fit Challenge.
I thought, it worth doing it. Thirty days is a sufficient time, short enough for me and for everyone to do daily and get results.
Here's her video on the program. She has prepared 30 Days program complete with exercise video for each day.

Stay healthy during Fasting Month and my diet program

I watched a program on Trans7 channel last Saturday about the tips to stay healthy when doing fasting.
Ahhh yes, Ramadhan started on August 11, 2010.
I and my sister have planned to reduce our weight since a couple of months ago, so I discussed with her again, and we think fasting month is the right time to do it.
I bought Herbalife shake and fiber capsules to help our diet.

I've consumed Herbalife about two years ago to help my weight loss program. I didn't get much progress though, but seeing my landlady's husband got slimmer (he's around his 60s) so fast, I was amazed!
I want to try taking it again.

10 Foods that Improve Your Looks

We know that eating sensibly helps to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but it also helps to maintain a healthy appearance. Water
Drinking plenty of water every day helps the skin look soft, supple and more youthful. By keeping the body hydrated, your overall appearance will benefit, from improved skin texture, hair and nails. If you're feeling bloated, it may be due to an increase of sodium in the body. Increase your intake of water to help flush it out. Also, water helps in the weight-loss process by reducing water weight and replenishes water loss during workout activity.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C helps the body fight infection and disease. It pumps up the immune system and also promotes healing. Did you also know that vitamin C is essential to collagen production? Collagen helps the skin remain elastic but firm, which keeps the skin wrinkle and line free. Citrus fruits, strawberries, tomatoes, broccoli and cabbage are all vitamin-C-rich foods. Keep in mind that their juices are also packed with this important vitamin.

Green Tea
Also rich in antioxidants, green tea has also been shown to lower cholesterol, improve immune function and reduce the risk of specific types of cancer. Essential fatty acids (EFAs) like omega-3 and omega-6 are known as "good fat," which helps cellular functioning. Milk

Chocolate
OK, OK, maybe chocolate isn't the most health-conscious food on the planet. However, chocolate does have positive effects on your mood by pumping up endorphins and serotonin, which help to give you an overall calm and pleasant feeling. And when you feel good, you look good. Who can argue with that?
