Here are some benefits of lemon to overcome disease and maintain a healthy body:
Relieve upset stomach
When combined with hot water, lemon can help relieve many digestive disorders, including nausea and heartburn (acid reflux into the esophagus). Lemon juice regularly helps bowel remove waste more efficiently. Lemon works as a blood purifier and cleaning agents. Lemon juice also works as a liver tonic and helps digest food by helping the liver produce more bile.

Lemon, a natural antiseptic medicine, can help overcome the skin disorder. Lemon is a vitamin C rich citrus fruit that amplifies your beauty by rejuvenating skin from within, thus making the face more radiant. Regular consumption of lemon water could otherwise alter the appearance of your skin. Lemon worked as an anti aging and lift wrinkles and acne. To disguise scars, try a dab of lemon juice to the skin of the troubled area.

Lemon mixture
Squeeze lemon into a bowl. Place a full glass of milk and 1 teaspoon of glycerin to it. Stir well and let stand for half an hour. Apply this mixture on the face, hands and feet before going to bed at night. How to care at night will help you look younger and prettier. It also can help treat acne.
For Oily Skin
Squeeze the lemon into a bowl of ice water. Drizzle over the face, massage for 5 minutes and wash the face with water.
To Make More Glossy Skin & for Oily Skin
Mix half a teaspoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cucumber water and a few drops of rose water. Apply to face and neck, leave on for 15 minutes. Clean with water.
For Dry Skin & Rough
Mix 1 egg yolk with a few drops of lemon juice and olive oil. Apply on face and leave until the skin feels dry. Clean with water and sprinkle with ice water.
To Eliminate tired In Eye
Take each 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and ice water. Put it on a cotton, a blend of lemon and cold water, and put on your closed eyes for 10 minutes.
To remove spots
Grind two pieces of almond. Mix it with 1 egg white, half teaspoon lemon juice that has been mixed. Apply on face and leave it until the skin feels dry. Then wash it with warm water and then with cold water.
Here's my favorite mix of Lemon use:
- Several slices of lemon
- 1-2 spoon of honey
- Cold water
You can put the water in your drinking bottle, put the lemon slices and add honey. Let them sit for awhile then you can drink it. You can always refill the water and honey. Or you can place the drink in the glass.
There's always a detox reaction from your body. Some of my friends had to go to bathroom over and over again to do no.2 (a.k.a poo), some of them had acnes came out for sometimes.
