I tried fish spa!

I've been wanting to try fish spa. I saw one at Senayan City Mall long time ago. And somehow, my wish came true today.
I was accompanying my Malaysian boss having lunch. We were at the mall til around 3 PM. We drove her back to the hotel nearby. And I and my colleague decided to go back to the mall, spending sometime there and break our fasting at 6 PM.
So, I suggested to go to Kenko Fish Spa.
It cost IDR 120,000 for 30 minutes. I heard that's the longest time we can get fish spa treatment.
We need to wash our feet with special soap, then we can soak our feet in the pond. We are not allowed to put in our hands inside the pond. Although the fish will come an bite our hands, but since they are not washed, the fish can die.

OMG, first time I soaked my feet, the fish started coming to my feet and start biting the toes. Felt ticklish. I giggled and tried to hold myself from squeaking.

My colleague wondered why her feet didn't have many fish around, then she remembered that she's just got pedicure. Ummmphh, that means my feet were dirrrty ???? Lots of skin dead cells???

Garra Rufa, are the fish in the pond who are doing this incredible job. They are unique bottom-feeding freshwater fish found living the Middle East. Go for physiotherapy for my back pain

This is a follow up posting for my back pain problem.

On July 21, 2009, after holding back the pain I got since ten days before, I decided to just go to a physiotherapy clinic.
A Chyropractic clinic charges so high for one time treatment, USD 60! I can afford for one time, but what about next treatments? Hmmmm, I don't think so.
The clinic I visited is near to my place, so I can always go there on my way back from office.
The treatment cost only USD 11 per visit.
The physioptherapist said there's muscle adhesion in my back causing restriction in my movement and pain. He massage my back and shoulder and also my back was warmed with special device.
I need to have treatment twice a week.

NYX blush and mascara

I accidentally found NYX when I was window shopping at Tunjungan Plaza, Surabaya this week when I traveled for duty.
I have been reading several make up blogs and they mentioned about NYX. I just browsed through the product display in this department Store (Matahari) to see what they have.
I can't help to check out the blush-on because I need one for my travel kit.
At that time, I didn't bring enough money, so I thought I'd buy the item when I get back to Jakarta. The beauty stylish said I can find NYX at EX Plaza, Jakarta Pusat.

One day passed by and I received some money, I went back to the dept. store and bought the mozaic powder in Peach color. I also bought Doll Mascara, because the one I had in my travel kit (Maybelline something.... I threw it right away just after I got back to my hotel room) can't stay long day. At the end of the day, I'll have dark color under my eyes because of the mascara. Total purchase: IDR 280,000 but I 've got 10% discount, final figure: IDR 252,000 and I received cosmetic bag too!

My first mineral make up sample

When I bumped into a mineral make up group ad in Facebook, right away I went to the website to see products and I just ordered the samples without thinking!
There are three brands that this supplier owns (LovingMinerals.Com): Lumiere, Monave, and Everyday Minerals. I didn't have to order from original US website as this website owns by Malaysian lady (ies). Total order: RM 168, including RM 15 for shipment cost.
So Malaysia and Indonesia, they are close to each other. It took me 10 days to get the package because the package was sent using postal service. It's OK. I was so happy!
