My HG Face wash and Astringent, from hubby

My husband introduced me to this facial wash while he was here for our wedding. It was his, then I asked if I can have it. So he left it for me, LOL.
When it was almost finished, I asked him to send me some.

See the ingredients? Yes, it has Salicylic Acid and for acne.
I used this twice a day and found out the caused my skin to break out. My husband said to use this three times a week. And also when I have acne, I use this to dab on  my acne. It works very well!

Mustika Ratu Kopi Body Butter and Body Scrub

Mustika Ratu is one of national beauty product brands which incorporate traditional recipes and culture to the products. Another national brand is Sari Ayu.

I caught these at Keris Gallery Dept Store at Puri Indah Mall. The package came with Kopi Bath Soap but I already used it up. The three of them cost only IDR 98,000. That's a good deal, compare to package from The Body Shop :)

Here are the pictures. I love the smell of the products, and look at the texture of the body butter.... It's like  creme frache that I eat... Yummy.
I apply the body butter after taking the bath. It's absorbed quickly into my skin.

Look at that!

For the soap, the smell is quite nice, only at the beginning of every lather. After a couple of minutes, the smell changes similar to cheap soap (sorry!)...........

Look of the day at a cousin's wedding

Yes, another cousin's wedding, Fahrino, on December 24, 2011. He married a girl from South Sumatera. The bright color is not much different from my mom's hometown in West Sumatera.

I still use PAC foundation for my make up. Sorry I forgot other stuffs I used. Yes, I wore my glasses! My eyes weren't fit for wearing contacts that day. I sent this picture to my husband, he said he loves it.

Work has been making me sooo busy, my Winalite business has been too! Oh well, I enjoy making money, LOL.

Wedding Day

Here I am.... The wedding, on September 17, 2011.
It took more than three hours to finish everything. One and half hour for make up and the rest for doing the head cover with many many many pins.... From 2 PM to 5.30 PM
Mrs. Dewi, my bridal make up artist, was ill so Ms. Vera, her daughter did the make up. She also did the decoration of my wedding throne.
Vera put heavier coverage but I still love it. Many people said I looked different, glowing....
I was soooo stressful when saw my uncle's text. He said he'd be late to pick up Hakim from airport. I couldn't think anymore. I just prayed and prayed. I know Hakim will manage to contact us.
Voila! Our first meeting, he was at my door, smiling. We chat for awhile then he got ready with his suite.

Look of the day: Cousin's wedding

The day for my cousin's wedding has come. Her proposal ceremony is here.
The family had uniform, for ladies and gentlemen. I love the color! Bright orange.
I did my own make up. I only had to add the falsies, got from make up artist provided. They also did my head cover. My fiance said I was lady like. I wore diamond sandals I bought when I was in Yogyakarta.

Bridal make up test

As I'm moving toward to my wedding date, I decided to get bridal make up test with the make up artist. She's the mother of my friend's. Her name is Mrs. Dewi.
When I was at her place, we discussed about the color of the my wedding dress, how I'd like to have my head cover, and many more. I also discussed about the decoration of wedding "throne", which will be done by my friend's older sister. Yes, the family has a business related to wedding :)
So Mrs. Dewi prep my face by cleaning, toning, and apply ice cubes to my face.
She picked up neutral colors, which what I have in mind.

 When I flew back to Jakarta and transited in Changi, I bought Kiehl's Rare Earth Pore Refining Toner. I bought this at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, alas.... I cannot bring it through Jakarta, I was allowed to bring this only until Singapore! So I canceled this in Shanghai and bought at Changi Singapore.

The price is not much different from the one in Shanghai, around USD30
